1. Application

gas masks is a protect equipment, with filtered respiration and one eye window for person. The masks can provide effective protection to the wearer’s face、eyes and respiratory tract. Prevent the harm of toxic、biological and radiation dust. It is designed for using in industry、agriculture、medicine and scientific research and civil defense etc.

2. Composition and Features

gas masks components are mask, the cartridge (double). The mask components are chlorinated butyl rubber mask (by injection molding, surface grinding)、lenses, breathing intercom and harness.

The hood sealing frame of the face piece is designed according to the adults’ head shape, and use the opposite direction fold style、easy airtight. It is wearing comfortable, and applicable to more than 95% of adult citizens to wear.

The cartridge loads the excellent active carbon to be the catalyst, so it can be against the different kind of toxic. Its life time is long, resistance is small, and it is also light.

The main voice miter has less loss of voice transferring. The aide voice miter is fit on the right cheek of the masks, and can be matched with communication equipments.

3. Specifications

3.1 Cyanogen chloride life: not less than 30 minutes at 30L/min, 1.5mg/L and 80%-80% RH conditions.

3.2 Oil mist penetration coefficient: not more than 0.005 at 30L/min.

3.3 Inhalation resistance: not more than 186 pa at 30L/min.

3.4 Exhalation resistance: not more than 98pa (at 30 L/min).

3.5 Exhalation valve tightness: in 45s,the negative pressure should not exceed 350 Pa.

3.6 Color: black.

3.7 Weight: not more than 1.0kg.

3.8 Material: chlorinated butyl rubber.

3.9 Storage life:10 years.

4. Use and safeguard

4.1 When wear mask, from lower jaw to upward then properly adjust string. After wearing mask, Block up canister air entry by palm, then breath exert yourself, the face piece tight stick with face, No leak, indicate areas to work.

4.2 After using, clean all parts of sweat and dirties, especially lens, expiration valve, inspiration valve should be clean. If necessary, mask surface may be washed with clear water, the canister should be clean also.

4.3 After using in virus environment of infected character, mask surface and canister can be cleaned and disinfected with 1% per acetic acid disinfection. If necessary face piece can be soaked in 1% per acetic acid disinfection. But the canister can’t be soaked, prevent entering water from losing efficacy. After the mask disinfecting with disinfected liquid, should clean with clear water, dry and stand-by.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Read the booklet detailed before using.

5.2 Gas mask which used in poison and evil environment. The person who didn’t pass special training can’t disassembly at will, reduce the part, and repair the production.

5.3 The product can’t be used in environment over 65℃, and it shouldn’t be storage under high temperature.

5.4 The canister can decrease its adsorption capacity for toxic gases after it has absorbed the moisture. The closure cap and the plug should usually be attached to the canister to prevent the ingress of moisture.

5.5 The gas mask should be stored in a cool dry place. The face piece must not contact organic solvent.
