The MF203 gas mask adopts a double-tube single-eye window lens structure. The filter cartridge is arc-shaped, featuring good dynamic air tightness, low breathing resistance and uniform weight distribution. It is equipped with an electronic communication device, has a wide field of vision and is convenient to carry. This gas mask can effectively protect against traditional chemical and biological warfare agents (CB agents), industrial toxic and hazardous chemicals (TIMs), toxic chemical aerosols and particles (TCPM).

Description

1. Requirements
1.1 General Requirements
1.1.1 Appearance requirements: The outer surface of the mask should be smooth, free of bubbles, burrs, and any defects that affect density.
1.1.2 All components and the raw materials used should meet the product requirements, and the dimensions are guaranteed by the mold.
1.1.3 The exhalation valve of the mask should be easy to breathe when assembled.
1.1.4 The materials that come into contact with the face of the mask should be non-toxic, free of irritating odors and harmless to health.
1.1.5 The lenses are made of polycarbonate and coated with an electrostatic protective film on the outer surface, which should be removed when in use.
1.1.6 Mask model
The mask is of a single model.
1.1.7 Color
The mask body is black, the water-blocking cover is gray, and the headband (or mesh headband) is black.
1.1.8 Call performance
The mask communication uses an electro-acoustic communication device and has the ability of electro-acoustic amplification.
1.1.9 Optional accessories
If necessary, the walkie-talkie can be optionally installed. When installing, first insert the plug of the connection cable into the socket at the lower end of the electro-acoustic communicator (pay attention to the installation direction), and connect the other end to the walkie-talkie to complete the installation.
1.2 Mask Performance
1.2.1 The protective time against mustard gas "liquid-gas" shall not be less than 6 hours.
1.2.2 Expiratory resistance
It shall not exceed 100Pa under a constant airflow of (30±0.6)L/min
1.2.3 Mask inhalation resistance
It shall not exceed 40Pa under a constant airflow of (30±0.6)L/min
1.2.4 Airtightness of the exhalation valve
When the exhalation valve pressure is reduced to -1180Pa, the pressure value drops by no more than 350Pa within 45 seconds
The dead cavity of the mask shall not exceed 1%.
1.2.6 Leakage rate
Not more than 0.05%
1.2.7 Field of View
Total field of view ≥70%; Binocular field of view ≥55%; The lower field of view is ≥35°
1.2.8 The light transmittance of the lens shall not be less than 89%
1.2.9 Bonding strength between the mask and the filter element
The bonding strength between the mask and the filter element should be no less than 250N, and there should be no obvious damage.
1.2.10 Headband strength
The headband should be able to withstand a tensile force of 150N for 10 seconds without breaking.
1.2.11 Adaptability to high and Low temperatures
It was placed in a high-temperature test chamber at (70±3)℃ with a relative humidity of less than 20% for (72±3) hours
It should be placed in a damp heat test chamber at (70±3)℃ with a relative humidity of less than (95-100)% for (72±3) hours.
Place it in a low-temperature test chamber at (-30±3)℃ for (24±1) hours;
After pretreatment, the mask should show no obvious deformation and be able to connect well with the filter element.
1.2.12 Flame retardancy
The afterburning time shall not exceed 5 seconds.
1.2.13 The mass of the gas mask (excluding the can) shall not exceed 1000g
1.2.14 Storage period
Temperature below 30℃; It can be stored for 10 years when the relative humidity is below 70%.

a) Protection time
The protection time against mustard gas shall not be less than 360 minutes.
The protection time against cyanide chloride shall not be less than 30 minutes.
The protection time against cyclohexane, ammonia, cyanide chloride, formaldehyde, hydrogen cyanide, hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen dioxide, phosgene, phosphine and sulfur dioxide shall not be less than 30 minutes.
The filtration efficiency for toxic and harmful aerosols and nuclear radioactive dust shall not be less than 99.975%.
b) Intake resistance
Not exceeding 160Pa under a constant airflow of 30L/min;
Not exceeding 430Pa under a constant airflow of 85L/min.
c) Expiratory resistance
Not exceeding 150Pa under a constant airflow of 85L/min.
d) Field of vision
The total field of view shall not be lower than 80%.
The binocular field of vision should be no less than 55%.
The lower field of view should be no less than 35°.
e) Overall protective performance
The protection factor shall not be less than 1×104.
f) The exhalation valve of the mask
When the pressure of the exhalation valve is reduced to -1180 Pa, the pressure value drop within 1 minute should not exceed 350Pa.
g) Dead cavity
No more than 1%.
h) The mask has a strong combination with the filter element
Not less than 250N.
i) Headband strength
Not less than 150N.
j) Insulation performance
Under environmental conditions ranging from -25 to 35℃, the lenses do not fog up or the fogging does not affect the person's observation ability when worn.
k) Call performance
It has the function of voice communication and an interface for electro-acoustic communication devices.
l) Matching
It can be used in conjunction with emergency rescue helmets and non-airtight protective suits.
m) Safety
The materials of each component are non-toxic and harmless. Materials in contact with the skin have no irritating effect on the skin.
n) Size setting: Single number.
o) Color: Black.
p) Storage life: not less than 5 years.
