Granular activated carbon water treatment is a high activity granular activated carbon manufactured by grinding,mixing, extrusion, carbonization, and high-temperature steam activation from high quality anthracite coal. The product is a high density adsorbent and provides maximum volume activity. The activated carbon's full of internal pore, large surface areas, and great absorbability played optimum role in a wide range of water treatment .

Granular activated carbon water treatment is effective in domestic sewage and industrial wastewater recycle with simple, effective and economical removal of the heavy metal ion, organic and in organic contaminants and decrease of COD, odor,etc. in raw water.
