Safety Mask (TB1001)

 Personal protective gas mask kind of fillet type, the mask, which is made by injection molding and surface graining, can be matched with the protective suits. The intercom can make the sounds clear and less loss. The face seal of the mask is designed to an in-turned rim contact between the mask and wear’s face which can make the wearer a comfortable feeling, and it is suitable for more than 95% adult to wear. The structure of the nose cup, which has a good performance, can ensure an excellent brightness of eyes lens. The head harnesses can be adjusted at random to ensure a comfortable wearing.

 Note: The material of natural rubber, silicon rubber and chlorinated butyl rubber for the faceblank can be selected in accordance with the customers needs.

 The five head straps of the mask can be adjusted at will and can be tightened properly.

 The lens protection of the mask adopts the structure of water block, which can ensure the good performance of the lens protection when the mask is in use.

 The large eye window of the mask is made of polycarbonate, which has a wide field of view, good optics, and impact resistance.

 The mask is also equipped with a talker, which has clear sound transmission and small sound loss.

 Personal protective gas mask can choose different types of gas canisters according to the object of protection.

 Use and maintenance 

1The type MF201 gas mask is available in universal size.

2The whole mask, particularly the lenses and the exhalation valve, should be kept clean. If necessary, the face piece may be washed with clean water.

3The canister can lower its efficiency after it has absorbed moisture. Therefore, the ingress of moisture into the canister is not allowed. The closure cap and the rubber plug should usually be attached to the canister.

4The gas mask should be stored in cool dry place. If the mask is not use for longer time, support should be placed in the face blank to prevent the deformation. Do not put the mask in touch with organic solvent.
