Product introduction

The air permeable protective clothing material prepared by spherical activated carbon has good mechanical properties, good air permeability and heat dissipation, excellent protection performance and low heat stress effect. The outer layer is flame retardant fabric with water and oil repellent finishing. The product is mainly used to protect the skin of the wearer from various vaporous and small droplets of toxic agents, low-level radioactive dust and biological aerosols, and can be used for military, police, civil defense and other rescue and disaster relief and non-war missions.

Product characteristics

1)Long protection time: the protective clothing has strong dynamic adsorption capacity for toxic agents. When the toxic vapor is adsorbed at the same rate, the total adsorption capacity of spherical activated carbon composite material is about 3 times that of powdered activated carbon, which is more conducive to soldiers in high-intensity combat;

2)Good air permeability: because there is a certain gap between the spherical activated carbon, compared with other protective layer materials, the air permeability performance can reach 700mm/s or more, is 2 ~ 3 times of the active air permeability protective clothing.

1) The anti-poison time of the inner layer material to the "gas-gas" of the simulation agent propyl sulfide is not less than 100min;

2) The protection time of the inner and outer composite materials to the "liquid-gas" of mustard gas is not less than 24h;

3) The pressure permeability of the inner and outer composite materials to the "liquid to liquid" of mustard gas is not less than 1.47×105Pa;

4) The air permeability of the inner layer material is not less than 700mm/s;

5) The elution rate of spheroidal carbon in the adsorptive layer material is less than 1.1%;

6) Fracture strength of inner layer material: radial not less than 300N, zonal not less than 200N;

7) Stiffness of inner material: radial and zonal average bending length is not more than 7cm;

8) Fastness to washing of inner layer material: no less than 4;

9) Flame retardant performance: continuous combustion time is not more than 4s, smolder time is not more than 6s, damage length is not more than 150mm.
