Air-tight protective clothing is for emergency rescue personnel to wear when performing tasks, which can provide the wearer with full body protection against toxic and harmful chemicals such as gas, liquid and solid, and ensure that rescue personnel can carry out rescue, disaster relief and rescue tasks safely and effectively. It can be used with air respirator or external air source to meet the needs of long time operation.

  1）Protection performance: mustard gas, acetone, acetonitrile, carbon disulfide, methylene chloride, diethylamine, ethyl acetate, hexane, methanol, 30% sodium hydroxide, 96% sulfuric acid, tetrahydrofuran, toluene, ammonia, chlorine, hydrogen chloride protection time is not less than 480min;

  2）Physical protection performance of fabric：

(1) Wear resistance: not less than 1000 times;

(2) Flexure damage resistance: not less than 15000 times;

(3) Tearing strength: radial not less than 50N, weft not less than 50N;

(4) Fracture strength: radial not less than 1000N, zonal not less than 1000N;

(5) Puncture resistance: no less than 50N;

(6) Flame retardant performance: continuous combustion time ≤5s, smoulder time ≤5s, damage length ≤100mm.
