1.product introduction

Light protective clothing is aerosol filter light protective clothing with waterproof and moisture permeability function. It adopts one-piece structure design and is used together with filter breathing apparatus, protective gloves and protective boots. In the environment of nuclear dust, mild chemical pollution and biological warfare agent, protect the skin of personnel from injury, safely and effectively carry out the emergency rescue of nuclear accidents and non-core contaminated areas of the alert isolation, social order maintenance, and effective closure and control of public health events and other tasks.

 

2.Product characteristics

  1) Multi-layer composite material co-design, provide more comfortable and reliable aerosol environmental protection, while the filtration efficiency is up to 99%, to achieve air permeability, moisture permeability performance inside and outside the service;

  2) Through the co-design of microporous membrane and specific fabric, it can meet the protective effect of aerosol particles polluting the environment and achieve one-way transfer of water molecules, realize the one-way export of moisture inside the protective clothing to the external environment, so that the material has effective moisture permeability and greatly reduce the stuffy discomfort of wearing the protective clothing for a long time;

  3) Protective clothing can be reused after washing, drying and other procedures;

  4) The inner and outer layers of the protective clothing are made of textile material, which has a more comfortable skin touch than other light protective clothing, and the fabric is more soft and portable, which is convenient for operation;

  5) Clothing has antistatic function to avoid the operation risk caused by static electricity caused by the friction between fabric and human body.

1) Solid particulate matter filtration efficiency shall not be less than 99%;

 

2) Resistance to 80% sulfuric acid, 30% hydrochloric acid, 40% nitric acid, 30% sodium hydroxide penetration time is not less than 30min;

 

3) Moisture permeability shall not be less than 6500g/ (m2·24h);

 

4) Air permeability shall not be less than 10mm/s;

 

5) Hydrostatic pressure

(1) The hydrostatic pressure of large body fabric shall not be less than 60kPa;

(2) The hydrostatic pressure at the joint shall not be less than 10kPa.

 

6) Physical and mechanical properties

(1) Fracture strength: not less than 900N in longitude, not less than 500N in latitude;

(2) Tearing strength: longitude not less than 80N, latitude not less than 40N;

(3) Wear resistance: no holes after no less than 16000 cycles of wear;

(4) flexural resistance: no damage or fracture after 8000 flexural times;

(5) Puncture resistance: not less than 30N;

(6) Joint strength: not less than 200N;

 

7) High and low temperature resistance: after the fabric is pretreated by -40℃~+70℃ for 8h, the breaking strength of the fabric decreases by no more than 30%;

 

8) Anti-synthetic blood penetration performance is not less than grade 4;

 

9) Washing resistance: after 5 times of washing in the standard washing program, the filtration efficiency performance of solid particles shall not be less than 99%, the penetration performance of 80% sulfuric acid, 30% hydrochloric acid, 40% nitric acid and 30% sodium hydroxide shall not be less than 10min, the moisture permeability shall not be less than 6500g/ (m2·24h), and the air permeability shall not be less than 10mm/s;

 

10) Formaldehyde content: no more than 10mg/kg;

 

11) PH value: between 5.0-8.0;
